Wellness Director:
Hi there! My name is Jonathan Kimball. My job at Westminster is to sustain and develop exercise options and wellness programming. Training on our state-of-the-art fitness equipment, water aerobics and arthritis aquatics in our heated pool, and several other class options designed to keep the bones, muscles, and cardiovascular system strong are just a few of the things I do to serve the residents at Westminster. I believe that personal wellness is an individual journey, and I work to promote the seven dimensions of whole person wellness: Emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual and vocational dimensions of wellness.
About Jonathan Kimball:
Throughout my adult life, one goal has been constant – the pursuit of physical and mental well-being through exercise and physical activity. My educational background is strongly based in exercise science. I have a Master of Science degree in fitness wellness from Winthrop University. I am certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In addition, I am a certified trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
