How do I apply to be a resident of Westminster Towers?
Schedule a tour of our community. You will complete a financial application and give a 25% deposit. After you make your selections for your paint and flooring we will begin the renovation. We ask that you take occupancy 60 days from giving your deposit.
Does WT require an entry fee?
Westminster Towers offers several options for a refundable resident or entry fee options. Entry fees give the resident priority to higher levels of care (some at a reduced rate) should they need it.
What are the differences in the levels of care?
Independent Living allows independence with support services such as housekeeping, one chef prepared meal a day, transportation, etc. (see amenities)
Assisted Living includes three meals a day, assistance with bathing and dressing and medication management.
Short -Term Rehab is Medicare Certified in patient therapy.
Long-term care is skilled care.
Do I pay real estate taxes or insurance?
You do not pay real estate taxes. We highly recommend renter insurance.

There are so many great programs at Westminster Towers, it’s sometimes hard to choose what to participate in! Did you know there are many benefits from staying active and connected to others? Several studies have shown the following:

Better mental health – interacting with others lightens your mood and feelings of depression may decrease.

There are many ways to engage with others such as walking with friends, singing in a choir and volunteering at your favorite charity organization. Find things that you enjoy and try to participate as much as you can. Even having friends over for a cup of tea and a good chat will make your day brighter. Attending a religious service and serving in your church may make a big difference and keep you connected with the community.
