MANAGER OF CONTINUING RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY SERVICES

My name is Eladio Wilkinson-Baez (pronounced Eh-la-dee-o) I am the Manager of CRCF (Manor) Services. I oversee resident services in assisted living and help ensure that residents are receiving the necessary assistance for them to thrive and be successful in the Manor and Manor West! If residents or family members have questions or concerns, I am the one they meet with to try and reach a resolution.

I was born in Uruguay, a small country in South America. I moved to Hilton Head Island, SC, when I was four years old. I grew up in Hilton Head; attending elementary, middle, and high school there. After graduation from high school, I received an athletic scholarship to run cross country and Track at Winthrop University. I graduated from Winthrop in 2019 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Gerontology. During my last semester at Winthrop, I interned here at Westminster and I absolutely loved the time I spent here. After graduating, I was offered a full-time job here and I have been here ever since! Last January marked my 3-year anniversary at Westminster!
